I have collected stones, beads, pearls, shells and all things pretty since I was a small girl. I grew up with an appreciation for nature and a deep affinity for natural, beautiful things and often dreamt about creating unique pieces of jewellery using some of my collected treasures.
Having spent the last few years perfecting my bracelet, this dream of mine has grown into a passion, an obsession perhaps, and a realisation that some dreams do come true with some perseverance!
Even now as I look at my collection of stones my heart takes a leap at the sheer joy of such beauty; endless treasures of exquisite colours, patterns, textures and combinations to be discovered.
I mostly use semiprecious stones in my work: turquoise, labradorite, amazonite, aquamarine, quartz, rock crystal, lapis lazuli, agate, amethyst, carnelian, moonstone, coral, jade, iolite, kyanite, sunset dumortierite, larimar, sodalite, apatite… and the list goes on.
The stones each have their own beauty and when strung up together they create a wonderful synergy.
I also like adding some freshwater pearls and some elements of Thai or sterling silver like a heart or a flower. All clasps are solid silver.
The bracelets may vary slightly from the pictures due to the fact that the stones have natural variations. Sometimes I might need to replace a stone with an equivalent if necessary. Each piece, in the end, will be unique as no two stones are ever identical. How wonderful!
